About the Role
As a Product Manager, you are responsible to driving the vision, strategy and roadmap for Qlorem´s Agile Planning and Execution platform. You will dentify users, create and maintain user stories, and develop and prioritize functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements. Develop a thorough understanding of the platform and their capabilities and stay abreast of product evolution. The ideal candidate for this position will have a demonstrated history of success to identify opportunities to drive / improve functionality, integration & successfully deliver products to capitalize on them. Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how our technology can solve business issues, possess a consultative sales approach, and value the importance of teamwork, while having the ability to work independently in a rapidly growing and changing environment.

What you´ll do:
Define and evolve the product vision for Agile Planning and Execution techniques including Qlorem' unique capabilities for cross process relationships.
Advocate for the voice of the customer and provide a business perspective on value to our teams working on the Agile Planning and Execution technology
Drive product capabilities and strategy to extent our leadership in Strategy Execution, Transformation Execution, Sustainability Execution and Continuous Improvements
Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks.
Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses
Acts as subject matter expert through internal training and demonstration of key product functionality for support, sales, onboarding, and other cross-functional teams.
Manage customer preview programs and engage in frequent conversations with customers both to understand their needs, gather feedback, and overall ensure that product direction is in tune with customer needs.
Be a technical, strong and eloquent advocate for our core foundational Agile Planning and Execution Products with regular presentations and talks at internal and external conferences
Ensure that implementation of features meets established quality standards, functional requirements and UX guidelines
Influences decision making and problem solving across teams
What you bring:
5+ years' relevant product management experience in a fast paced, high growth agile environment, shipping enterprise-tech, project portfolio management and/or high performance database related products
Demonstrated track record of shipping successful analytics products in the cloud
The ability to design complex database product features while focusing on ease-of-use for the end user is a plus
Have an ability to get excited by ambiguity and vague problem definitions, thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative company during a growth spurt
The ability to understand the breadth of our product line as well as the technical ability to drill into details on owned areas
Comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving
Ability to work with teams in multiple geographies
Able to travel as needed
