1. Pre-study phase, including Request for Proposal (RFP) process

In a pre-study phase most companies starts from scratch creating a list of requirements for a new initiative either in a spreadsheet or text editor. Consultants are often hired to document as-is and to-be which takes time and is often very costly. Then multiple Vendors are asked to respond to Request for Proposal (RFP).
